Bonita Springs
Lover's Key
County Road 865, just south of Big Carlos Pass.
Leashed- pets allowed on this square-mile state park at the southerrn end of Estero.

Bonita Beach
At Hickory Boulevard and Bonita Beach Road at the southern end of Bonita Beach. From I-75, take exit 18., follow County Road 865 5 1/2 miles west to public beach. From US 41 2 miles west, or County Road 865.
Picnicking, restrooms, showers, volleyball, with refreshments for sale nearby.

Naples Municipal Beach
Between Gordon Pass and Seagate Drive.

Ten miles of beaches, Naples Fishing Pier at 12the St., extends 1,000 feet into the gulf and is a popular point for fishing enthusiasts. Great gathering spot for sunsets. Metered parking, bait, snack bar, restrooms, outdoor showers.

Lowdermilk Park

Clam Pass Park
Off Seagate Drive and Gulfshore Drive North.
Open 8 a.m. until sundown. A short tram ride gets you to the beach area from Seagate Drive entrance. An elevated boardwalk through mangrove forest, leads to the Gulf. Concessions, watersport equipment rentals.

Delnor-Wiggins State Recreational Area
County Road 901 off U.S. 41 North.

7 a.m. to sundown. $3.25 per vehicle. Miles of pristine shoreline, sea oats and mangroves. Lifeguards, observation tower, barbecue grills, showers and wheelchair access. picnicking, swimming, fishing. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in this park, but they can take dip in the water at the boat and canoe launch only. Dogs must be on leash. Please clean up after your dog. This park is located six miles west of Exit 17 on I-75.

Bowman's Beach

Famous shelling beach - for you and your leashed pet. Walk over a bridge to get to the beach. Dogs on leash are allowed and people need to clean up after their pets. Picnic tables are available. This beach is located on the west side of the island, near Captiva. From the Sanibel causeway, turn right on Periwinkle Way. Turn right on Palm Ridge Rd and then continue on Sanibel-Captiva Road. Turn left onto Bowman's Beach Rd.

Lighthouse Beach

This park offers a long thin stretch of beach. Dogs on leash are allowed and people need to clean up after their pets. Picnic tables are available. This park is located on the east end of the island. From Causeway Road, turn onto Periwinkle Way.

Tarpon Bay Road Beach

Take a short walk from the parking lot to the beach. Dogs on leash are allowed and people need to clean up after their pets. Picnic tables and restrooms are available. There is an hourly parking fee. This beach is located mid-way on the island. From the Sanibel causeway, turn right onto Periwinkle Way. Then turn left onto Tarpon Bay Road.

Algiers Beach

This beach is located in Gulfside City Park. Dogs on leash are allowed and people need to clean up after their pets. Picnic tables and restrooms are available. There is an hourly parking fee. This beach is located about mid-way on the island. From the Sanibel causeway, turn right onto Periwinkle Way. Turn left onto Casa Ybel Rd and then left on Algiers Lane.

Gulfside City Park / Algiers Beach

Bowman's Beach
Miles of pristine beaches with great shelling. About 3 miles south is Sanibel Lighthouse and Blind Pass, where Sanibel and Captiva Islands meet

North end of Estero Island. A trolley runs from Main Street park and ride lot, just north on Mantanzas Pass Bridge.

Lynn Hall Memorial Park
On north end of Estero Boulevard and continuing south. Free fishing pier, parking, picnic tables, barbecue grills, swings, bathhouse, restrooms, rental concessions, refreshments, volleyball.

Lee County Off-Leash Dog Beach Park
Route 865, Fort Myers Beach, Florida
Dogs are allowed off-leash at this beach. Please clean up after your dog and stay within the dog park boundaries. Dog Beach is located south of Ft. Myers Beach and north of Bonita Beach on Route 865. Parking is available near New Pass Bridge.
