Ernesto is a 1989 graduate from Educating Hands in Miami Florida. He holds a Florida License as a Massage therapist.

Ernesto continued his education by becoming certified in Neuro Muscular Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and other medical style therapies. He was in the teaching staff with the Upledger Institute.

He is also a Reiki Master and teacher. Ernesto is also certified in Integrative Breathwork and has developed his own style of Transformational Breathwork. Ernesto has created a whole approach to body, mind connection that he calls Postural Integration.

In 1994 he crated a Workshop company called Journey to the Heart and has thought and facilitated numerous workshops in the US, Canada and Australia.
